We want you to love every piece from Trendit Jewellery. If you're not completely satisfied, our return and exchange process is simple and hassle-free.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.
Eligible Items
- Items in original condition with all tags and packaging intact
- Unworn, unaltered jewelry in its original gift box
- Items with manufacturing defects (eligible within warranty period)
Non-Eligible Items
- Custom-made, personalized, or engraved jewelry
- Items that have been resized or altered
- Jewelry showing signs of wear, damage, or misuse
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Items purchased during clearance sales
How to Initiate a Return
- Log into your account and go to My Orders
- Select the order and click Return / Exchange
- Choose the item(s) and reason for return
- Submit your request — approval takes 24–48 hours
- Pack the item securely in original packaging
- Our team will arrange a free pickup
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Exchange Policy
We offer size exchanges and exchanges for a different item of equal value. If the new item is of higher value, you pay the difference; if lower, the difference is refunded.
