- Product availability is subject to stock levels at the time of order. We reserve the right to limit quantities.
3. Orders and Payment
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our sole discretion. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is accepted.
Payment must be made in full at the time of placing the order. We accept major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and other methods available at checkout, all processed through our secure payment gateway.
4. Shipping and Delivery
- Orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation.
- Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
- Free shipping is available on orders above ₹999 within India.
- Risk of loss and title to goods passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
- We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.
5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom-made or personalised jewelry.
- Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery.
- Items without original packaging or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at support@trenditjewellery.com. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
6. Warranty
All Trendit Jewellery products are covered by a 6-month manufacturing warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accident, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, graphics, and design, is the exclusive property of Trendit Jewellery and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content without our prior written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Trendit Jewellery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products.
